What OS Templates are available for SolarSystem Mission Control?

Current OS Templates Available for SolarSystem Mission Control

SolarSystem Mission Control is currently in a state of change. Due to this, we are going to present this information in two distinct ways and eventually, when the state of change becomes permanant, we will revoke the first section of this SolarSystem knowledgebase article.

That being said, the current OS Templates which are available for SolarSystem Mission Control are as follows

Windows Cloud VPS Mission Control

  1. Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)
  2. Windows Server 2012 (64 bit)

Linux Cloud VPS Mission Control

  1. CentOS 5.8 (64 bit)
  2. CentOS 6.3 (64 bit)

Note: SolarSystem Mission Control is only available for the aforementioned Windows and Linux OS templates with Plesk or cPanel. Again, SolarSystem Mission Control, in its current state, is only available for VPS OS’s with purchased Plesk or cPanel.

SolarSystem Mission Control to Come

Moving forward, once our the full Solar VPS transition is complete, Solar VPS will offer Mission Control for every OS template we support regardless if they have purchased cPanel or Plesk control panels. Again, coming soon, Solar VPS will offer SolarSystem Mission Control for every OS template we support without the need of purchasing cPanel or Plesk control panels. Those OS templates are:

Linux

  1. CentOS 5 (32 bit)
  2. CentOS 5 (64 bit)
  3. CentOS 6 (32 bit)

Note: All OS Templates, both Windows and Linux, are powered by Xen virtualization.
